Park View House is located on the edge of Whitby town centre. The property is fully equipped and sleeps a maximum of 6 (2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room). No pets and no smoking policies in operation.
There is excellent walking access into Whitby and to all it’s attractions. There is also easy access to the North Yorkshire Moors and neighbouring towns such as Scarborough. Local recommendations for activities, restaurants, pubs, beauty spots to visit, etc are available upon request.
The cottage has a comprehensive central heating system and is decorated in a modern style.
WiFi is available and free of charge.
The property is spacious. There is an open entrance hall from the front door which leads into the large living room and kitchen to the rear. A dining room can be accessed from the kitchen. In the dining area is a sliding door feature leading out into the rear yard which can be used by guests for storage during their stay. The key safe is located by this sliding door and we encourage guests to use this access point upon arrival.
The first floor consists of two homely double bedrooms, a bathroom (only showering facility) and a single bedroom.
